Three days of Okinawan Goju-ryu training with Paul Enfield (8th dan) and Michelle Enfield (6th dan), hosted by Kyushinkan Karate. Adults 15+ of any style. Topics include Tensho and Sanchin application, kakie and connector drills, foot traps and takedowns, and Goju-ryu low kicks. Friday evening, then full days on Saturday and Sunday, with a Dan grading on Saturday.
